(More customer reviews)The 1st desktop I received had a bad DVD drive. I spent 2 hours online with tech support doing the same things I already tried to get it working to finally get a ticket opened to have a replacement shipped. However they wanted my credit card # to do this warranty replacement. Uh - nope. So I returned the pc to the vendor and got another one shipped. The second one appeared to be fine - for 2 days. Then I got the dreaded blue screen. I could only boot into safe mode, and could not even do a disk recovery to the factory default. My OS was toast. They are currently shipping me a recovery DVD but I'm not please with my HP experience at all so far.
