(More customer reviews)It was bad enough that six months in the screen "cracked" with no physical damage. It was worse when Toshiba baited me to send it in with the expectation of repair and then refused warranty coverage. But it was worst when Toshiba quoted me a repair price of $325, i.e., more than it is selling new laptops for, $100 more than local service and, it seems, $200 more than the part retails for. To quote another similar review with the same problem: "Toshiba--never again."
