On the box " Compatible with win 95, 98, 2000, XP "
Inside the box there is a notice " DO NOT LOAD THIS SOFTWARE IF YOU ARE RUNNING WIN XP. GO TO OUR WEB SITE AND DOWNLOAD THE CURRENT DRIVERS FOR XP BEFORE INSTALLING SOFTWARE "
GUESS WHAT? there are no drivers for XP at AverMedia web site.
