(More customer reviews)Using my Fluke voltmeter it measures 20VAC at the terminals instead of 16VAC. Doorbell chimes can handle a wide voltage range however. This is made in China, so I guess the brand name such as Honeywell does not matter, the brand just sticks their label on generic transformers. But I do like the blue color, it's easy to spot in the attic.
