(More customer reviews)I needed some easily accessible USB ports on one of my computers but didn't want to hassle with an external USB hub with an extra power cord or cables running everywhere. This hub is just perfect. It takes up that 3.5" bay that is never used any more and is easy to install. You install the hub into the 3.5" bay, run the cable through the inside of the computer, out the back of the case (it comes with an "blank" with a hole in it for the cable to go through) and plugs into one of the USB ports on the back of your computer. After that, it's all plug and play. Works great for PC or Mac.
