(More customer reviews)The quality of the sound coming through this head set is great. The volume controls on the set work well too. I love that fact that it has it's own sound card that you plug into a USB port. That means I can use it on any computer and expect the same sound. I can also use it on a PS3 and other devices that have a USB port. My only complaint is that I can't lock the mic in an up position. It hangs there in front of my mouth all of the time. It concerns me too when I set it down because if set the wrong way, I'm afraid the mic will break off. I would want the mic to be able to be locked up so it is out of the way.
