(More customer reviews)This worked great for 3 months, then started making a screeching noise, and then a couple of weeks later just totally broke. I contacted Aluratek via email and they said it was covered under warranty, but after many attempts I could not get any more replies out of them. Sure it's covered under warranty, but the trick is that they don't honor their warranty coverage! Now I'm just out about $100, end of story, no recourse. I should have checked before purchasing - Aluratek has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau - the BBB's worst and lowest rating. Aluratek sucks, don't buy their products.
