I needed to bridge my TV to my new soundbar and the two didn't share any connection type so this was my best digital solution. Do note that this is NOT BI-DIRECTIONAL, probably the only critical aspect of this product worth noting. The construction could inspire a little more confidence but for the price they're asking I didn't expect much more. They also make the reverse configuration of this if you happen to be looking for that set up. So yeah, take note of the order of things and I would recommend this as a solution to that particular configuration problem.
