(More customer reviews)This package arrived with no battery charger nor Canon Nb-71battery that is supposed to be included with the Canon Sx30is camera. I ordered package on Nov 30th, plenty of time before Christmas and it arrived around Dec 10th. Package just sat around the house till I checked contents on Dec 21st to charge battery. But no pictures on Christmas since there was no way to charge even the extra battery I ordered with Accessory Package Kit. A call to Sunset Electronics on Dec 22nd informed me that those items were on back order but were now in. She said she was not authorized to overnight them in time for Christmas. Why not include a note in package that informed me of lacking equipment? And, since the items were already in stock, how about sending out the missing stuff as soon as it gets in rather than waiting for my frantic phone call? Sunset Electronics and or Amazon dropped the ball here and I would not trust them again.
