(More customer reviews)This manufacturer apparently does not support it's customers in any way, shape, or form. 3 requests for customer support have gone with no reply or phone call back. Waiting over 3 weeks for support is not acceptable in my mind. I wish I could get the card to work but everything I've tried has not worked (hence the need for tech support). Right now I have a card just sitting on my desk and I am now past the return period...shame on me for waiting on a response from Auzentech. Very dissapointed!!
